How do you handle logistics and shipping?

We support multiple shipping options, including air and sea freight, and partner with reliable logistics companies to ensure safe and timely delivery. Shipping methods and costs will be based on order volume and destination.

We provide a full range of customization options, including design modifications, fabric and color selection, size adjustments, and brand logo additions (labels, tags, etc.). You can also provide your design or samples for custom manufacturing.

How long does sampling take, and what are the costs?

Sampling usually takes 7-10 days. The sampling fee varies depending on the design complexity and fabric choice. If a bulk order is confirmed, part of the sample fee may be deducted from the production cost.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
